BAM Building (formerly Rohcon) was established in 1993 when BAM Civil acquired Rohan Construction.

Recent projects include: The 12,500m2 Mill Street Student Accommodation; The 15,800m2 One Albert Quay in Cork, the 15,000m2 Mercer Institute at St. James’s Hospital; Four schools under the Schools Bundle 4 PPP Scheme; the 28,000m2 Generic Ward Block at Ulster Hospital; the 5,345m2 Lambe Institute at University Hospital Galway, the 7,500m2 extension to Glucksman Library at University of Limerick; the 49,000m2 Hi-tech HQ Campus at Leopardstown and the 9,000m2 One Molesworth Street Development.
