Construction of a seven-story, 15,800m2 office development, over a double basement car park at One Albert Quay, Cork which can accommodate up to 1,800 personnel.
It replaced the existing warehouses on the site, located opposite the Clarion Hotel.
These offices were built to the highest global standards with full LEED pre-accreditation (the US gold standard for sustainability) and used the latest efficient and sustainable technology.
The project took approximately 16 months to complete.
Safety engineering company Tyco have relocated their global headquarters to the building and occupy the top four floors of the building. PWC have also relocated to the new development and occupy 1,400m2 in the development.
