The general building package for the aseptic facility expansion for Pfizer consists of various construction work to the following new buildings:
- Production building
- Warehouse
- Central utilities building
- Waste management facility
- Security building
- Personal support building and link to new production building
- Refurbishment of existing operational Pfizer production building
The construction works to the above buildings consist of the following:
- Excavation, backfilling and disposal
- Pile caps, ground beams, pad and strip foundations
- Retaining walls
- Slab on grade and suspended floor slabs
- Syphonic and gravity drainage systems
- Interior wall and ceiling finishes Floor finishes Internal doors
- Refurbishment and maintenance works within the live facility
- General site works
