The works included construction of a new bakeries to the front of the existing Lidl stores around Ireland. The project involved single storey construction, flat roof and consists of two rooms - a freezer room and a kitchen. Bakeries are accessed from inside the existing store.

Site Set up works involved
Hoarding, Diversion of services, Piling and ground beams (If required by design), foundations/raft slab, roofing: precast/timber and concrete screed, external finishes, demolition, internal finishes. Area115m2 Total Area 4,000m2
Restrictions on each site included:
Building work carried out on occupied building; Traffic Management; Laydown area; Out of hours work ( internal only for M&E). Each store has gross Internal Floor Area 115m2 and total site area of 4,000m2
