We are the 1st company in the World to deliver BIM 4 FM using the full suite of Autodesk products. This means we transfer all of the Building Information Model (BIM) data, for all you need to know about BIM visit the Virtual Design & Construction: BIM section of our website.

We leverage the data and knowledge acquired during construction and utilise this in FM, we also use the Virtual Model of the buildings to navigate and investigate the location of assets and information that is missing. Autodesk Building Ops is typically the Facilities Management software we use (we can deliver using other systems).
